Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Malt (Extract of Malted Barley and Corn, Wheat Starch), Leavening (Bicarbonate of Soda, Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sugar, Non-fat Dry Milk, Salt, and Vanilla.
Directions
WAFFLES: In bowl, whip one egg. Add 1/3 - 1/2 cup cold water and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Slowly beat in one cup mix. Whip well and let stand, while waffle iron is heating. Cook waffle until golden brown.
PANCAKES: Preheat griddle while preparing batter. Electric griddles should be set to 400°F. Griddle is ready when a small drop of water dances on it before evaporating. Mix one cup of pancake mix and one cup of cold water. Stir with wire whip or beater until batter is smooth. Pour batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look dry. Turn only once.
